Today's Time


Finally, I've success in adjusting my biological time. Having myself waking up in the Morning! I managed to finish all anime episodes that I couldn't finish usually due to weak connection at night =P Anyway, I did something meaningful also while watching anime. I studied Japanese language which I'm going to sit for its exam this coming Sunday. Cool right? Hehe...

I realised that indeed time is enough for us if we don't spend it recklessly. I mean not to sleep too much~ Besides, working in days is always better than night.

You are right, sleep early and wake up early is what we suppose to do. The body repairs itself automatically at night..I should sleep early tonight :D

I just found out that we only need 6 hours of sleep instead of 8 in the night. We are actually set to sleep straight & undisturbed for 6 hours. The two remaining hours are for siesta in the afternoon. ;)
